Ball screw end supports BK10, BK12, BK15, BF10, BF12, BF15, FK, FF: bore, bearing, base hole spacing, height (HIWIN tables) — dimension sheet Source: Xem Studio, https://xemstudio.com/objects/ball-screw-end-supports-bk-bf-fk-ff/ (sheet CC BY 4.0) Basis: HIWIN support-unit catalogue; BF rows checked against TFL Bearing's independent table, BK rows against a distributor copy; McMaster-Carr linked for CAD (inch product) Catalog version: 2026-10-20 Sizes: see table below - BK / BF and FK / FF are the support blocks that hold the machined ends of a ball screw (or lead screw): BK / FK is the fixed end (a pair of angular-contact bearings 7000A to 7208B, axial load both ways), BF / FF the supported end (a single deep-groove bearing 608ZZ to 6208ZZ with a snap ring, axial float). BK / BF are the square (bracket) blocks with base holes; FK / FF are the round-flange blocks that bolt to a plate bored for the spigot. A pair BK12 + BF12 holds an SFU1605 / SFU1610 screw, BK10 + BF10 an SFU1204, BK15 + BF15 an SFU2005 (Sorotec's pairing). - Numbers: HIWIN's support-unit catalogue for all four families, tabulated here exactly as the columns are printed (L, L1 to L3, K, B, H, b, h, B1, H1, E, P, C1, C2, d2, X, Y, Z, M, T for BK; the same without the bearing-side letters for BF; L, H, F, E, D, A, PCD, B, L1 / T1 / K1, L2 / T2 / K2, X, Y, Z for FK; L, H, F, D, A, PCD, B, X, Y, Z for FF). The catalogue defines the letters only in its drawings, so the column headings are shown as printed and not interpreted. - Cross-checks: the BK rows equal the same table on Pneu-Hyd's HIWIN page (a copy of the same numbers; L2 of the 40 mm unit reads 79 there where the HIWIN PDF prints 76; the PDF value is shown first, 79 is noted). The BF rows (bores 8 to 40) equal an independent BF table on TFL Bearing's page for every column (TFL's hole diameter column is 0.3 mm below HIWIN's X on every size, e.g. 6.3 against 6.6; TFL also prints Z = 8.6 for BF17 and BF20 against HIWIN 8.5, and 17.5 for the BF25 counterbore against HIWIN 17; both values are reported and HIWIN's are tabulated. TFL's BF20 row prints bore 10, a typo). McMaster-Carr's end supports (inch rows read: bore 23/64 to 1-3/16 in, height 2 to 3-5/8 in, centre height 1 to 1-7/8 in, width 2-3/4 to 6-1/2 in, 6 face holes) are a different, inch product and are not mixed in; they are linked for CAD. - BF / FF bore naming: the BF10 / BF12 / BF15 designations carry the screw-end size, not the bore: BF10 has an 8 mm bore (608ZZ), BF12 a 10 mm bore (6000ZZ), BF15 a 15 mm bore (6002ZZ). HIWIN states that the model suffix is not the bore for BF / FF. HIWIN's FF table has bores 6, 8, 10, 15, 17, 20, 25, 30 only (no FF12 row). The table above lists FF by bore; use the bearing column to check against the part. - Files: none. The blocks are castings whose outline between the printed dimensions is not tabulated (the bracket profile, the bore spigots and the lock-nut pocket), so any solid would be invented. - Left out: BK / BF 8 and 6, the 45 and 50 mm sizes, EK / EF (compact) and SK / SF blocks, HIWIN's WBK series, bearing load ratings and weights, pre-tension torque values. unit bore d1, mm bearing L (length along the screw), mm B (width), mm H, mm b, mm h (centre height), mm B1, mm H1, mm E, mm P, mm d2 / X / Y × Z (as printed), mm lock thread × T / snap ring BK10 10 7000A 25 60 39 30 22 34 32.5 15 46 Ø5.5 / Ø6.6 / Ø10.8 × 5 M3 × 16 BK12 12 7001A 25 60 43 30 25 34 32.5 18 46 Ø5.5 / Ø6.6 / Ø10.8 × 1.5 M4 × 19 BK15 15 7002A 27 70 48 35 28 40 38 18 54 Ø5.5 / Ø6.6 / Ø11 × 6.5 M4 × 22 BK17 17 7203A 35 86 64 43 39 50 55 28 68 Ø6.6 / Ø9 / Ø14 × 8.5 M4 × 24 BK20 20 7004A 35 88 60 44 34 52 50 22 70 Ø6.6 / Ø9 / Ø14 × 8.5 M4 × 30 BK25 25 7205A 42 106 80 53 48 64 70 33 85 Ø9 / Ø11 / Ø17 × 11 M6 × 35 BK30 30 7206A 45 128 89 64 51 76 78 33 102 Ø11 / Ø14 / Ø20 × 13 M6 × 40 BK35 35 7207B 50 140 96 70 52 88 79 35 114 Ø11 / Ø14 / Ø20 × 13 M6 × 50 BK40 40 7208B 61 160 110 80 60 100 90 37 130 Ø14 / Ø18 / Ø26 × 17.5 M6 × 50 BF10 (bore 8) 8 608ZZ 20 60 39 30 22 34 32.5 15 46 Ø5.5 / Ø6.6 / Ø10.8 × 5 snap ring S08 BF12 (bore 10) 10 6000ZZ 20 60 43 30 25 34 32.5 18 46 Ø5.5 / Ø6.6 / Ø10.8 × 1.5 snap ring S10 BF15 (bore 15) 15 6002ZZ 20 70 48 35 28 40 38 18 54 Ø5.5 / Ø6.6 / Ø11 × 6.5 snap ring S15 BF17 (bore 17) 17 6203ZZ 23 86 64 43 39 50 55 28 68 Ø6.6 / Ø9 / Ø14 × 8.5 snap ring S17 BF20 (bore 20) 20 6004ZZ 26 88 60 44 34 52 50 22 70 Ø6.6 / Ø9 / Ø14 × 8.5 snap ring S20 BF25 (bore 25) 25 6205ZZ 30 106 80 53 48 64 70 33 85 Ø9 / Ø11 / Ø17 × 11 snap ring S25 BF30 (bore 30) 30 6206ZZ 32 128 89 64 51 76 78 33 102 Ø11 / Ø14 / Ø20 × 13 snap ring S30 BF35 (bore 35) 35 6207ZZ 32 140 96 70 52 88 79 35 114 Ø11 / Ø14 / Ø20 × 13 snap ring S35 BF40 (bore 40) 40 6208ZZ 37 160 110 80 60 100 90 37 130 Ø14 / Ø18 / Ø26 × 17.5 snap ring S40 FK6 6 706A 20 — — — — — — — — flange: L 20, H 7, F 13, E 22, D 22, A 36, PCD 28, B 28;
