## Notes

- KP08: Ø8 self-aligning insert bearing in a cast housing; 15 mm centre height, base 55 × 13, two Ø5 holes 42 mm apart. KFL08: 2-bolt flange, Ø8, holes 37 mm apart, 25 mm wide. Both also exist in KP000/KFL000 (10 mm) and KP001 (12 mm).
- SK8: Ø8 rod clamp, 20 mm centre height, base 42 × 14 with two Ø5.5 holes 32 mm apart, M4 pinch screw. SHF8 is the flanged version. SC8UU: an LM8UU in an aluminium block, 34 × 30 × 22, four M4 on 24 × 18, 11 mm from base to rod centre. SC8LUU holds an LM8LUU at 58 long.
- V-wheel (OpenBuilds): Ø23.89 OD, 10.23 wide, 90° groove, two 625 bearings with a 1 mm spacer; runs in V-slot (6.2 mm) extrusion. Eccentric spacers of Ø7.1 adjust preload.
- Sleeve bushings: Ø3×5, 4×6, 5×8, 6×10, 8×12, 10×14 (ID × OD) in bronze (oiled), graphite-bronze (dry), PTFE-lined. Press into a printed hole at OD − 0.1; shaft runs at ID + 0.02. Printed PETG bushings run fine at low speed: hole = shaft + 0.2.
- LES: KP08 blocks under the flywheel shaft on the big engines; SK8 + 8 mm rod as a displacer guide; bushings in every printed link.
