## Overall (mm)

| length | width | height |
|---|---|---|
| 276.1 | 63.4 | 3.0 |

**Exact dimensions.** Every file is drawn at true size with no tolerance added. The holes and pins that meet another part are listed below under Mating features, with the fit each joint needs; open those by your process's clearance before making the part.

## Notes

- PG is the older cable-gland thread (DIN 40430 in Lapp's table), with the pitches below; it is not interchangeable with metric. D1 is the thread outer diameter, D2 the core diameter, D3 the panel hole. Lapp prints D3 as, e.g., '12.8 –0.2' and the value shown here is the number as printed with its tolerance symbol; the gauge file uses the printed D3.
- Heyco columns are the brass PG hub range (standard thread, series 4530–4554): clearance hole (a different series, Heyco's high-temp brass hubs, prints 12.6, 15.3, 18.7, 20.5, 22.6, 28.4, 37.2, 47.2 mm, about 0.1 mm larger), height as 'max O.A. length', thread length and wrench flat (hex across flats). The short-thread series 14530–14554 has its own height and thread length, shown in the columns (thread length 6.0 mm on PG 7–16). Cable range is per part number; each PG size comes in 2–4 clamp ranges, shown in order. Heyco's PG 13.5 prints 21.0 mm hole for two ranges and 20.4 for the 11.0–15.0 range.
- PG 19 and PG 25 are not in Lapp's table and Heyco's pages used here do not list them; VIOX's chart prints thread OD 25 and 32 mm for them but cites no standard, so they are left out. PG 42 and PG 48 have thread data only.
- Heyco's heights and wrench flats are for Heyco's glands; other makers' will differ. Use this as an envelope check, not as the gland drawing. Not published here: dome-nut shape, seal geometry, locknut size.
- Metric glands are on the page cable-glands-metric-thread. McMaster-Carr's cord-grip pages cover PG sizes (PG 16, PG 36 and PG 42 appear in its thread-size URLs) with per-part STEP; linked, not copied.
