Cam levers GN 927 (eccentric clamping levers): lever length 44 to 101 mm, thread M4 to M10, cam stroke, plate and setting-nut dimensions — dimension sheet Source: Xem Studio, https://xemstudio.com/objects/cam-levers-gn-927/ (sheet CC BY 4.0) Basis: Elesa-Ganter's GN 927 sheet (mm) cross-checked against JW Winco's GN 927 tapped-type table (inches): equal on every row to inch rounding Catalog version: 2026-10-20 Sizes: see table below - GN 927 clamping levers with eccentric cam: a lever with a cam that presses a contact plate against the work as it is swung through 90°. Four lever sizes (l1 44, 63, 82, 101 mm); internal-thread forms take M4 to M10 or 8-32 to 3/8-16 and stud forms carry a stud d2 × l2. Type A has a contact plate with a setting nut to adjust the clamping force (l4 = adjusting range), type B has no setting nut (d5 in place of d4). The lever is zinc die-cast (GN 927) or steel (927.2) and stainless (927.5 / 927.7) in the same series, with the cam stroke h and the plate in steel or plastic (POM in A, PA in B). Elesa quotes clamping forces up to 8 kN for the largest size. - Values: millimetres from Elesa's GN 927 sheet; JW Winco's GN 927 (tapped type, printed in inches) agrees with every one of these to inch rounding (e.g. 101 mm size: 3.98 in, b .98, d3 1.02, d4 1.18, d5 1.06, h .06, l3 1.00, l4 .16, l5 .19, t .59). Letters are the manufacturers'; b, d3 and l5 are printed without definition. Elesa gives l3 as a range for type A (13.2 to 15.2 for the 44 mm size: the setting-nut adjustment) and uses l6 for type B (15.2 / 16.3 / 19.5 / 25.3); the table shows the lower type-A figure only. JW Winco's type B table repeats the type A l3, so type B's l3 is dropped here. - Stud lengths l2 (stud versions): 12 to 40 (44 mm lever), 16 to 50 (63 mm), 20 to 60 (82 and 101 mm), as read from Elesa's summary sheet; the full list of stock lengths was not read. - Numbers only: the lever and cam outlines are not published as coordinates. Mounting: a tapped hole, or a through hole and the internal thread of the clamping element; the contact plate pushes on the work. lever length l1, mm thread d1 (internal): metric; inch b, mm d3, mm d4 (type A, with setting nut), mm d5 (type B), mm stroke h at 90° lever movement, mm l3 (type A, clamped), mm l4 setting range (A), mm l5, mm usable thread length t, mm stud version: stud length l2 range, mm 44 M4, M5; #8-32, #10-32 12 12 15 14 0.5 13.2 2 2.2 8 12 to 40 63 M5, M6; #10-32, 1/4-20 16 16 19 18.5 0.75 16.3 2.5 3 10 16 to 50 82 M6, M8; 1/4-20, 5/16-18 20 20 25 22.5 1 19.5 3 3.7 12 20 to 60 101 M8, M10; 5/16-18, 3/8-16 25 26 30 27 1.5 25.3 4 4.8 15 20 to 60 Files elsewhere (not hosted by Xem Studio; license as stated by the publisher): - Elesa-Ganter: GN 927 clamping levers with eccentric cam (mm): l1 44 / 63 / 82 / 101, threads, b, d3, d4, d5, h, l3, l4, l5, t — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.elesa.com/siteassets/PDF/PDF_US/GN 927.pdf - JW Winco: GN 927 zinc die-cast clamping levers with eccentric cam, tapped type (inch): l1, thread, b, d3, d4 / d5, h, l3, l4, l5, t — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.jwwinco.mx/en-us/products/2.3-Tensioning-with-eccentric-cams-and-wedge-clamps/Clamping-levers-with-eccentrical-cam/GN-927-Zinc-Die-Cast-Clamping-Levers-with-Eccentrical-Cam-Tapped-Type-with-Steel-Components No true-size file yet: the published figures do not fix the whole shape; a measured scan is planned.
