## Notes

- Pans and pots are sized by the top rim, wall top to wall top, rounded down: a '12 in' pan measures between 12 and 13 in. Measure your rim before buying a lid; the cooking surface is much smaller.
- Lids sit on or just inside the rim: a lid holder or rack slot for a nominal 28 cm lid wants about 290–300 mm of clearance.
- Lid knobs: replacement knobs are commonly sold with an M5 screw (M5 × 24 listed) that goes up through the lid. The printed knobs here take that screw into an M5 nut in a top pocket; use a heat-resistant filament (PETG is marginal near a hot lid, ASA/PC better) or keep them for cold-storage lids.
