- Cup Ø35 mm, 12.8 mm deep (Hettich; 11.6 zero-protrusion) or 13 (Blum). Boring distance (door edge to cup edge) 3–7 mm.
- Insert-plate screws 45 mm apart, 9.5 mm further from the edge than the cup centre (Blum CLIP top).
- The jig: clamp the fence to the door edge, drill through the guide with a 35 mm Forstner bit set to depth; the 22.5 version matches the UTRUSTA-style measurement.
