DIN-rail terminal blocks Phoenix UT, ST and UK: width per pole 5.2 / 6.2 / 8.2 / 10.2 mm, height on the rail, wire range, strip length — dimension sheet Source: Xem Studio, https://xemstudio.com/objects/din-rail-terminal-blocks-phoenix-ut-st-uk/ (sheet CC BY 4.0) Basis: Phoenix Contact datasheets for nine feed-through blocks (UT, ST and UK families) as hosted by Farnell, Chipdip, corys.co.nz and phoenixcontact.com; numbers only Catalog version: 2026-10-20 Sizes: see table below - Width per pole read from the sheets: 5.2 mm (2.5 mm2 class: UT 2,5, ST 2,5), 6.2 mm (4 mm2 class: UT 4, ST 4, UK 5 N), 8.2 mm (6 mm2 class: UT 6, ST 6) and 10.2 mm (10 mm2 class: UT 10, UK 10 N). A block's end cover adds 2.2 mm (UT / ST) or 1.8 mm (UK). A row of n blocks measures n x width plus one end cover. - Heights are shown on the rail the sheet names: NS 35/7,5 (7.5 mm deep DIN rail) and NS 35/15 (15 mm). The UT sheets also print a single 'height 46.9' without a rail; the UK 5 N sheet prints one height (42.5) and its depth on each rail. The columns follow each sheet; 'length' is what Phoenix prints as length (47.7 for UT, 42.5 for UK 10 N) and is not the same measurement across families. Rail dimensions are on din-rail-35mm. - Wire range, strip length and nominal current / voltage are as printed in the sheet's connection data. The UT 6 BU and UT 10 sheets list the end cover as the D-UT 2,5/10 cover (2.2 mm). The ST 2,5 sheet prints the flexible AWG maximum as 14 in one table and 12 in another; both are noted. Ratings are the sheet's nominal values, not a design limit for your installation. - Not read: UT 16, ST 10, ST 16, UK 2,5 N, UK 6 N, UK 16 N and the other variants (double-level, PE, fused). The 'width per pole' sequence above is read from the nine families listed; it is not asserted for blocks not read. - No file: the block outline (latch, foot, screw access) is not published as numbers in the sheets. Phoenix publishes per-part STEP on its product pages (linked, not copied). type order no. width per pole (mm) end cover width (mm) height on NS 35/7,5 (mm) height on NS 35/15 (mm) length / height / depth as printed (mm) solid mm2 (AWG) flexible mm2 strip (mm) nominal current / voltage UT 2,5 (screw) 3044076 5.2 2.2 47.5 55 length 47.7; height 46.9 0.14-4 (26-12) 0.14-4 9 24 A / 1000 V UT 4 (screw) 3044102 6.2 2.2 47.5 55 length 47.7; height 46.9 0.14-6 (26-10) 0.14-6 9 32 A (4 mm2) / 1000 V UT 6 BU (screw) 3044144 8.2 2.2 (D-UT 2,5/10 cover) 47.5 55 length 47.7 0.2-10 (24-8) 0.2-10 stranded 10 41 A / 1000 V UT 10 (screw) 3044160 10.2 2.2 (D-UT 2,5/10 cover) 47.5 55 length 47.7 0.5-16 (20-6) 0.5-16 stranded 10 57 A / 1000 V ST 2,5 (spring-cage) 3031212 5.2 2.2 36.5 44 length 48.5 0.08-4 (28-12) 0.08-2.5 (28-14; one table prints 12) 8-10 24 A (2.5 mm2) / 800 V ST 4 (spring-cage) 3031364 6.2 2.2 36.5 44 length 56 0.08-6 (28-10) 0.08-4 8-10 32 A / 800 V ST 6 (spring-cage) 3031487 8.2 2.2 (D-ST 6 cover) 43.5 51 length 69.5 0.2-10 (24-8) 0.2-6 stranded 12 41 A / 1000 V UK 5 N RD (screw) 3026696 6.2 1.8 — (one height) — height 42.5; depth 47 (NS 35/7,5), 54.5 (NS 35/15), 52 (NS 32) 0.2-6 (24-10) 0.2-4 (24-12) 8 32 A / 800 V UK 10 N BU (screw) 3005086 10.2 1.8 47.3 54.8 length 42.5 0.5-16 (20-6) 0.5-10 (20-8) 10 57 A / 800 V Files elsewhere (not hosted by Xem Studio; license as stated by the publisher): - Phoenix Contact (Farnell copy of the UT 2,5 3044076 sheet): UT 2,5 feed-through terminal block: width 5.2 mm, end cover 2.2 mm, length 47.7, height 46.9 / NS 35/7,5 47.5 / NS 35/15 55 mm — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.farnell.com/datasheets/3541626.pdf - Phoenix Contact (Chipdip copy of the UT 4 3044102 sheet): UT 4 feed-through terminal block: width 6.2 mm — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://static.chipdip.ru/lib/785/DOC031785562.pdf - Phoenix Contact (Farnell copy, UT 6 BU 3044144): UT 6 BU: width 8.2 mm, 0.2 to 10 mm2 — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1514093.pdf - Phoenix Contact (Farnell copy, UT 10 3044160): UT 10: width 10.2 mm, 0.5 to 16 mm2 — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1514094.pdf - Phoenix Contact (corys.co.nz copy of the ST 2,5 3031212 sheet): ST 2,5 spring-cage feed-through: width 5.2 mm, length 48.5, heights 36.5 / 44 mm — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://corys.co.nz/img/products/PIMraw/01367793/0000942648_Datasheet.pdf - Phoenix Contact (Chipdip copy of the ST 4 3031364 sheet): ST 4: width 6.2 mm, length 56, heights 36.5 / 44 mm — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://static.chipdip.ru/lib/785/DOC031785510.pdf - Phoenix Contact (Chipdip copy of the ST 6 3031487 sheet): ST 6: width 8.2 mm, length 69.5, heights 43.5 / 51 mm — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://static.chipdip.ru/lib/451/DOC011451783.pdf - Phoenix Contact (UK 5 N RD 3026696 sheet): UK 5 N RD: width 6.2 mm, end cover 1.8 mm, height 42.5, depth 47 / 54.5 / 52 mm — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.phoenixcontact.com/us/products/3026696/pdf - Phoenix Contact (Chipdip copy of the UK 10 N BU 3005086 sheet): UK 10 N BU: width 10.2 mm, end cover 1.8 mm, length 42.5, heights 47.3 / 54.8 mm — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://static.chipdip.ru/lib/785/DOC031785442.pdf - Phoenix Contact: Phoenix Contact terminal block product pages carry per-part CAD (example page: UT 2,5-MTD) — STEP, PDF — Phoenix Contact site terms [verify license at link] — https://www.phoenixcontact.com/en-de/products/feed-through-terminal-block-ut-25-mtd-3064085 No true-size file yet: the published figures do not fix the whole shape; a measured scan is planned.
