# UPN channels (DIN 1026): UPN 50 to UPN 300 dimensions (h, b, tw, tf, r1, r2) + STEP/STL

> What are the dimensions of UPN 100 channel?

- Category: Hardware › Framing
- Kind: Standard part
- Basis: Kocaer Steel UPN table (DIN 1026-1); 8 % inner flange slope per Project Materials
- Page: https://xemstudio.com/objects/din-upn-channels/ · JSON: https://xemstudio.com/api/geometry?object=din-upn-channels · Plain text: https://xemstudio.com/objects/din-upn-channels/sheet.txt

## Overall (mm)

length
---
100.0

**Exact dimensions.** True size, with no printing tolerance added.

## Notes

- UPN is the European taper-flange channel (DIN 1026-1): the inner flange faces slope about 8 %, so tf is the nominal flange thickness at the middle of the projection. UPN 200 is 200 mm deep and 75 mm wide.
- r1 is the root radius (web to flange), r2 the radius on the inner corner of each flange tip. Values are from Kocaer Steel's DIN 1026-1 table; the slope is quoted by Project Materials (approximately 8 %). Both are published pages by suppliers, not the standard, which is paywalled.
- Files are 100 mm long extrusions along X; the section is in the YZ plane with the web back at y = 0 and the flanges toward +y. Drawn area is within 3 % of the published area on every size.
- UPN 320 to 400 are not drawn: the radii for them were not in a table we could read. UPE (parallel-flange) channels are on en-upe-channels.
