- 5 mm plate pivoted on a Ø3 fulcrum pin with two Ø3 pawl pivots, one 23.32 mm out above the fulcrum and one 20.81 mm out below it, and an 80 mm handle: rocking it drives the ratchet with one pawl on the up stroke and the other on the down stroke.
