**Exact dimensions.** Every file is drawn at true size with no printing tolerance. The holes and pins that meet another part are listed below under Mating features, with the fit each joint needs; open those by your printer's or process's clearance before making the part.

## Notes

- Main: Ø6 × 356.7, from the displacer hub's socket through the cap's guide, the bored spool and the piston's centre bore to the clevis below the crank. The guide and the piston bore are running fits (see Mating features); the piston bore is also the bleed that lets the crankcase follow the working space's mean pressure.

## Mating features (exact size; open press / slide / run / socket by your process clearance, leave designed and clamp as drawn)

| feature | exact | mates with | fit | files |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| rod | Ø6 | cap guide and piston centre bore | run | all |
| ends | M6 into the displacer; Ø6 into the clevis socket with an M4 grub | displacer hub, rod clevis | press | all |

## Questions

**What does the displacer rod pass through?**

The cap's guide, the power cylinder and the piston's centre bore, to the clevis under the crank.
