Columns: bore d1 (nominal = minimum, then maximum), outside d2 (nominal = maximum, then minimum), thickness h (nominal, maximum, minimum), all mm. Westfield and fasteners.eu print identical d1, d2 and h for every size M2.5 to M36. Westfield cites DIN 9021 and ISO 7093; fasteners.eu names DIN EN ISO 7093-1 as the current norm. The ISO 7093-1 text itself was not read, so equality of every figure with ISO 7093-1 is not asserted here. - The nylon row set: JC Fasteners' nylon DIN 9021 sheet prints the same d1, d2 and h as the steel rows for every size M2.5 to M36, and adds an M2 row (bore 2.2 / 2.34, outside 7 / 6.64, h 0.8 / 0.9 / 0.7), which is the only extra row shown. Its M36 minimum thickness (8.00) disagrees with its own nominal and the steel tables (6.8), so that value is dropped; its service-temperature figure looked like a typo and is not used. Nylon washers to other standards (flat polyamide washers, DIN 125 style) were not verified from a table and are not listed. - Files are Xem-drawn flat annuli at the nominal published sizes (bore = d1 nominal, outside = d2 nominal, thickness = h nominal) for M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12 and M16. Edge radii and tolerances are not modelled. A bolt of the thread size passes through the bore with the d1 clearance.
