**Exact dimensions.** Every file is drawn at true size with no tolerance added. The holes and pins that meet another part are listed below under Mating features, with the fit each joint needs; open those by your process's clearance before making the part.

## Notes

- Panel LED clips (snap-in rings) and CLIPLITE lens mounts hold a T-1 (3 mm) or T-1 3/4 (5 mm) flanged LED. The hole is the clip body's hole, not the LED's own diameter: VCC prints .171 in (4.34 mm) for 3 mm LEDs and .250 in (6.35 mm) for 5 mm LEDs; Dialight prints 6.73 mm (.265 in) for its 515 snap-in clips and .250 in (6.32 to 6.40 mm) for the 559 indicator. The page panel-cutouts uses the LED body (Ø3.0 and Ø5.0) for a press fit; that is a different design, not a clip hole.
- Panel thickness: VCC 1/32 to 1/4 in by model (spacer SPC 125 under 3/16 in); Dialight 559 .031 to .062 in; Dialight 515 up to 2.78 mm; Bivar CR-175 .04 to .125 in and C-105-SR .04 to .054 in. Bivar's pages list the clip O.D. (.312 and .295 in) but the pages read do not print the panel hole. The H-502 retailer listing prints a 6 mm hole and 2.8 mm panel; it differs from Dialight's 6.73 mm and is shown for completeness, not as a maker figure.
- Bezels (chrome / plastic full-bezel indicator rings) are not tabulated: no sheet read printed their hole. 3 mm: only VCC printed a hole for the 3 mm size.
- File: led-clip-hole-gauge, a plate with the three published round holes (4.34, 6.35, 6.73 mm) at true size. Plate thickness and spacing are Xem's choices. Maker CAD (Bivar's full CAD library) is linked, not copied.
