- 5 mm (T-1¾): Ø5.0 dome, Ø5.8 flange 1 mm thick, 8.6 mm tall body, 2.54 mm lead pitch; press fit hole Ø5.1, clip hole Ø6.2 for the flange to pass. 3 mm (T-1): Ø3.0, Ø3.8 flange, 5.3 mm tall, 2.54 pitch; hole Ø3.1.
- Flat-top 5 mm is 6 mm tall; 8 mm and 10 mm LEDs have 9 / 11.5 mm flanges. Rectangular 5 × 2 mm (7 mm tall) are the stacked bar-graph style.
- Light pipes: a printed clear-PETG rod of the LED diameter carries light 20–30 mm; a Ø5.2 hole and a 0.5 mm floor hides the LED entirely.
