**Exact dimensions.** Every file is drawn at true size with no printing tolerance. The holes and pins that meet another part are listed below under Mating features, with the fit each joint needs; open those by your printer's or process's clearance before making the part.

## Notes

- Ø90 × 6 hot plate. The 11 oz mug's rim is Ø82.55 (3.25 in); the plate overhangs it by 3.7 mm all round and its underside is flat: the chamber screws go into M3 tapped holes (Ø2.5 tap drill, through) and stop 2 mm above the underside, so nothing stands proud where the plate rests on the rim.
- 5 × M3 tapped on R41 at 60°, 120°, 180°, 240° and 300° (0° is under the syringe socket); the chamber ring and the top plate stack on it (ring 23, top plate 3) and five M3 × 30 from the top plate reach 4 mm into it.

## Mating features (exact size; open press / slide / run / socket by your process clearance, leave designed and clamp as drawn)
