## Overall (mm)

| length | width | height |
|---|---|---|
| 15.0 | 15.0 | 9.2 |

**Exact dimensions.** True size, with no printing tolerance added.

## Notes

- Woodworking joint drawn for 3D printing: the parts lock together by shape, so a print can be joined without glue or screws. Drawn at true size with the parts line to line (zero gap) in their assembled position — add your printer's fit allowance to the mating faces (your AI or slicer can do this).
- A hex pocket the size of an ISO 4032 M4 nut (7 mm across flats, 3.2 mm thick) with the screw hole through: the standard way to put a metal thread in a print.
- Drawn at the nut's true size: add your printer's allowance to the pocket (often 0.2–0.4 mm on the flats) so the nut drops in.

## Sizes

| dimension | value |

| screw hole | Ø4 mm (nominal M4) |
| nut | ISO 4032 M4: 7 mm AF, 3.2 mm thick |
| assembles | drop the nut into the pocket, screw from below |
| holds | the nut from turning while the screw is driven |
