## Notes

- Off-road RC wings are large, thin polycarbonate plates with tall side dams. EFRA lets a 1/10 off-road wing be 220 mm wide with its profile inside an 80 x 80 mm box, and any side dam inside 80 x 80 mm.
- The wing adds rear traction, high-speed stability and control in the air; more rear wing gives a nose-up attitude on jumps (CompetitionX). Tall side dams are sold specifically to add side bite and centre dividers for straight-line stability (LiveRC).
- Short-course trucks are covered by their own class rules; the fetched sources do not give their wing dimensions.
- Used on: 1/10 2WD and 4WD off-road buggies.
- The file is a reference example built by Xem Studio from the numbers above (EFRA 1/10 off-road maximum box; aoa illustrative.). Sizes the sources do not fix are illustrative; scale the example to your own vehicle.

## Questions

**Why does more wing change jumps?**

Rear downforce and drag pitch the car nose-up in the air (CompetitionX).
