## Notes

- 1/10 touring-car wings are rule-limited airfoil plates on the body's tail. AARCMCC ISTC rules cap width at 125-190 mm and chord at 20-40 mm including flaps, require the wing to stay below the roofline and allow 40 x 20 mm side dams; EFRA caps width at 190 mm and fits the profile in a 25 x 40 mm box.
- Because the box is fixed, designers reshape mounts to use the full allowance: one aftermarket wing drops its mounting pocket 6 mm so the full 20 mm height stays under the roofline (LiveRC).
- The wing adds rear traction and high-speed stability; too much makes the car safe but reluctant to rotate (CompetitionX).
- Used on: 1/10 ISTC electric touring cars.
- The file is a reference example built by Xem Studio from the numbers above (Max EFRA/AARCMCC touring box; aoa illustrative.). Sizes the sources do not fix are illustrative; scale the example to your own vehicle.

## Questions

**Why are side dams so small?**

Rules limit them, e.g. 40 x 20 mm in AARCMCC ISTC rules.
