**Exact dimensions.** Every file is drawn at true size with no printing tolerance. The holes and pins that meet another part are listed below under Mating features, with the fit each joint needs; open those by your printer's or process's clearance before making the part.

## Notes

- Header manifolds: a straight header of one size with outlets of the next size down on one side, all clamp faces. This is a Xem Studio layout (manifolds are not a standard part): ends and outlets use the header size's tee centre to face, outlets sit on an even pitch, so they line up with standard tees, valves and spools of the same sizes.
- Close unused outlets with an end cap; join headers end to end with a clamp.
- Faces: ISO 2852 profile (2.85 mm rim, 1.6 mm gasket recess, 20° back cone) on the BPE flange diameters ½–¾ in 25.0, 1–1½ in 50.5, 2 in 64.0, 2½ in 77.5, 3 in 91.0, 4 in 119.0 mm; tube OD 12.7 / 19.05 / 25.4 / 38.1 / 50.8 / 63.5 / 76.2 / 101.6 mm, wall 1.65 mm (4 in: 2.11). The gasket-groove diameter on ½, ¾ and 4 in is derived (flange − 7.0 / 7.5 mm, the land width of every size ISO 2852 lists); the rest is from the standard.
