High-pressure bolted sanitary clamp, 2 in (bought part: ratings, no drawing) — dimension sheet Source: Xem Studio, https://xemstudio.com/objects/sanitary-high-pressure-clamp/ (CC BY 4.0) Basis: Makers' published working-pressure ratings for the clamp union; no maker publishes a full dimensioned drawing, so no geometry is drawn here Catalog version: 2026-10-20 Sizes: see table below - A heavy bolted clamp for ISO 2852 / BPE 2 in ferrules, bought as is. Two makers publish the same 2 in rating: 1000 psi (69 bar) working pressure at 70–75 °F and 800 psi (55 bar) at 250 °F (121 °C), as the rating of the clamp union with the clamp tightened as the maker states. - The gasket is a separate rating: the gasket and the clamp must both be rated above the relief setting of the vessel at their temperature. Helium permeates silicone faster than PTFE; PTFE cold-flows under sustained load and heat. - On the free-piston generator: five, one on each charged joint (A to E), relief set at 15 bar gauge (218 psi). The generator's assembly keeps 10 mm either side of each joint plane clear out to r 45, and the front (+Y) clear for its bolt: turn every clamp's bolt to the front. size_in psi_at_70_75F psi_at_250F bar_at_70_75F bar_at_250F 2 1000 800 69 55 Files elsewhere (not hosted by Xem Studio; license as stated by the publisher): - Steel & O'Brien: 13MHP high-pressure clamp, 2 in: 1000 at 70 °F and 800 at 250 °F working pressure (psi), rating of the clamp union — web — maker page; ratings cited, nothing copied [verify license at link] — https://www.steelobrien.com/products/sanitary-fittings/clamp-fittings/clamps-gaskets-13mhp-high-pressure-clamp - Austenitex (Dixon): High-pressure bolted clamp, 2 in: 1000 psi at 75 °F, 800 psi at 250 °F service rating — web — seller page; ratings cited, nothing copied [verify license at link] — https://www.austenitex.com/bolted-clamps Xem Studio scan: not needed; this is a published standard.
