- Original round smiley sponge: 4-1/8 in (104.8 mm) across, 1-5/8 in (41.3 mm) thick, from a retailer spec tab (the same page also lists a conflicting 6 in height; the 4-1/8 diameter matches the product title).
- Professional XL (rectangular): 6 × 3-1/2 × 1-1/2 in (152.4 × 88.9 × 38.1 mm).
- The foam softens in warm water and swells slightly: give holders 2 mm all round. Mouth and eye cut-out sizes are not published.
- The caddy (free STL) holds the round sponge on edge-free feet so it drains and dries.
