GN 616 is the standard long series with a screwdriver slot on the pin side (the GN 611.5 assembly tool in the sheet fits it), GN 616.1 adds a seal (sealed bolt), GN 615.1 is the shorter nose-pin plunger with a slot. Sizes: 616 M3 to M24, 616.1 M8 to M16, 615.1 M4 to M24. - GN 616 columns (Ganter's page): d1 thread, d2 pin diameter, l length, w compression, spring load initial / end for standard (SN, KN) and high (SSN, KSN) springs. Ganter's current GN 616 page lists the stainless-steel housing with a stainless (SN, SSN) or plastic POM (KN, KSN) bolt; J.W. Winco's older steel version (S, SS; Digi-Key copy of the data sheet) has the same d2, l and w for every size M3 to M24 (the Winco header text was garbled, the d2 / l / w columns were verified against Ehorst's M12 S page: pin 6, length 28, travel 4, end load 53) but different spring loads, which are shown in the last column. Steel and stainless plungers are not the same spring: use the loads of the version you buy. - GN 616.1 (Winco copy of Ganter's sheet) and GN 615.1 (Winco data sheet, single source, d2 carries −0.1 tolerance there) are shorter or longer for the same thread than GN 616 (616.1 M12 is 35 mm long, 616 M12 28 mm; 615.1 M12 22 mm), so check the series before sizing a pocket. Loads are approximate in all sources. - No file: pin end shape, slot width and housing details are not in the tables, so a drawing would be invented; the plunger is a numbers-only page. The tapped hole is the ISO coarse thread of the size (pitch M3 0.5, M4 0.7, M5 0.8, M6 1, M8 1.25, M10 1.5, M12 1.75, M16 2, M20 2.5, M24 3).
