In the tube sizes read, the current series ('Reihe 2', which Alfa Laval says is the same as EN 10357-A and the dimensions of DIN 11866-A) is named by DN but fixed by outside diameter: DN10 13 × 1.5, DN15 19 × 1.5, DN20 23 × 1.5, DN25 29 × 1.5, DN32 35 × 1.5, DN40 41 × 1.5, DN50 53 × 1.5, DN65 70 × 2, DN80 85 × 2, DN100 104 × 2, DN125 129 × 2, DN150 154 × 2, DN200 204 × 2 mm. McMaster-Carr prints the same OD and wall and the bore (ID) for DN10 to DN100, and Integraflow prints DN25 to DN100 OD × wall; all equal Alfa Laval's (the ID column here is OD − 2 × wall, which equals McMaster's printed IDs). - 'Reihe 1' is the older DIN 11850 series, 1 mm wall: DN10 12, DN15 18, DN20 22, DN25 28, DN32 34, DN40 40, DN50 52 mm OD. Alfa Laval says it differs from EN 10357-A up to DN50 and that DIN 11851 'W' unions are the one connection made for it. A catalogue list (hosted by dcldesign) prints the same sizes as 'DN 10 Range 1' to 'DN 50 Range 1'. 'Reihe 3' was not found in any source read and is not on this page. - Tolerances on OD as Alfa Laval prints them: EN 10357-A ±0.10 / 0.10 / 0.12 / 0.15 / 0.18 / 0.21 / 0.27 / 0.35 / 0.43 / 0.78 / 0.97 / 1.16 / 1.53 mm for DN10 to DN200; DIN 11866 the same up to DN80, then ±0.52 / 0.65 / 0.77 / 1.02 for DN100 to DN200. Wall tolerance: EN 10357-A ±0.15 mm (DN10–DN50) and ±0.20 mm (DN65–DN200); DIN 11866 ±0.15 mm throughout. McMaster-Carr's OD tolerances for DN10 to DN100 equal the EN 10357-A figures. - ISO 1127 is the international standard for stainless tube dimensions with OD series (1, 2, 3) and tolerance classes; EN ISO 1127 tolerance classes as Nova Trading prints them: OD D1 ±1.5 % (not less than ±0.75 mm), D2 ±1 % (±0.5 mm), D3 ±0.75 % (±0.3 mm), D4 ±0.5 % (±0.1 mm); wall T1 ±15 % (±0.6 mm), T2 ±12.5 % (±0.4), T3 ±10 % (±0.2), T4 ±7.5 % (±0.15), T5 ±5 % (±0.1). The ISO 1127 rows and the 'Range B / C' rows come from a catalogue list whose columns were split in the text read, so only rows carrying a series, DN or 'Range' label on the same line were used; ODs 10.2, 13.5, 17.2, 21.3, 26.9, 33.7, 42.4, 48.3, 60.3, 76.1, 88.9, 114.3, 139.7, 168.3, 219.1 are the usual pipe-size ODs. What 'Range A / B / C' means is not stated; Range A equals Reihe 2, and the Range C rows equal the inch A270 tube (12.7 × 1.65, 19.05 × 1.65, ... 101.6 × 2.11, 152.4 × 2.77), which is why they sit on this page. Treat the ISO 1127 and Range rows as single-source. - DIN 32676 clamp ferrules (series A, metric) weld to the Reihe 2 tube: sanitary-clamp-din-32676-ferrules has the same ODs (13, 19, 23, 29, 35, 41, 53, 70, 85, 104, 129, 154 mm). Inch OD sanitary tube is stainless-sanitary-tube-astm-a270-od-sizes.
