Tri-clamp jacket shell: clamp-on sealed jacket for a 2 in tube — dimension sheet Source: Xem Studio, https://xemstudio.com/objects/tri-clamp-jacket-shell/ (CC BY 4.0) Basis: ASME BPE 2 in tube OD (Ø50.8); chamber volume from the drawn geometry Catalog version: 2026-10-20 Sizes: see table below - Two halves close on the tube OD in the same place as the finned cooler. Each half is a sealed half-annular chamber: inner wall 2 mm on the tube, chamber 10 mm, outer wall 2 mm, closed ends and a closed split wall, so each half holds its own fill (50.3 mL). - Each half has one fill port at its top: a Ø6 port through a Ø12 × 4 boss on the outer wall, 8 mm below the top end, closed by the cap (Ø6 spigot). Fill it with the jacket standing as on the engine, port up. The fill is the builder's choice. - The same four M4 × 30 screws and nuts as the cooler hold the halves on the tube. part bore_mm length_mm chamber_ml_per_half port_mm jacket half 50.8 56.0 50.3 6.0 port cap 7.0 6.0 Files elsewhere (not hosted by Xem Studio; license as stated by the publisher): - ISO (via iTeh sample): ISO 2852 clamp liners: face profile and flange / groove diameters — PDF — standard excerpt; dimensions are facts — https://cdn.standards.iteh.ai/samples/7850/eb49c396488d408c8ced3e2961d76cf3/ISO-2852-1974.pdf - ASME: BPE Bioprocessing Equipment (clamp fitting dimensions, tube OD and wall) — standard — ASME; dimensions are facts [verify license at link] — https://www.asme.org/codes-standards/find-codes-standards/bpe-bioprocessing-equipment - Long Earth Society: Engine builds — web, video — LES site — https://longearthsociety.com/engineering/ Free files (CC BY 4.0, Xem Studio; STEP + STL, 2 parts): https://xemstudio.com/files/hardware/tri-clamp-jacket-shell/index.json API: https://xemstudio.com/api/geometry?object=tri-clamp-jacket-shell
