## Notes

- Toggle switch wall plate, US: outline, opening and screw holes for standard (4.50 in high), midway (mid-size, 4.87 in) and jumbo (oversize, 5.25 in) plates, 1 to 3 gang.
- The 18 files are templates, not the real plate profile: 2 mm thick, with true-size outline, openings and screw holes. Plate thickness, edge radii and bevel are not published, so none is modelled.
- Screw hole size is the 3/16 in bottom of the countersink quoted by a plate retailer; the real holes are countersunk for #6-32 oval-head screws.
- Heights are printed in inches (mid-size 4.87 in, which other lists round to 4.88 in); widths are printed in mm. Gang positions are 46.0 mm apart from the plate centre.
- A toggle plate holds the switch by its toggle; the screws go into the switch strap, 2.375 in apart.
