XT30, XT60, XT90 and Anderson Powerpole PP15 / PP30 / PP45 connectors: current ratings, wire sizes and the printed mm values — dimension sheet Source: Xem Studio, https://xemstudio.com/objects/xt30-xt60-xt90-and-powerpole-connectors/ (sheet CC BY 4.0) Basis: Amass XT sheets (copies at Probots, szlcsc, comet.bg), Electrokit and Digi-Key; Anderson Powerpole data sheet and product page; drawings are images, so only text values are used; numbers only Catalog version: 2026-10-20 Sizes: see table below - XT30, XT60 and XT90 are Amass's yellow, polarised DC connectors for RC batteries and drones; Anderson's Powerpole PP15 / PP30 / PP45 are Anderson's stackable, touch-safe connectors that share one housing family across three contact sizes. This page is numbers-only: the rows are what the maker sheets print as text. Ratings differ by source (an XT60 is 30 A rated and 60 A instantaneous on Amass's sheet, 35 A on Electrokit's panel-mount listing, '60 A peak, 30 A continuous' on the Digi-Key forum), so use the maker's rating for the cable and temperature rise you have. - Why no files: Amass's outline, mounting and PCB-footprint drawings (XT30, XT60, XT60L, XT90 and the PB / PW board versions) are embedded as pictures in every sheet read (Amass copies at szlcsc, Probots and comet.bg), so no body, pin diameter or footprint number could be read with a label. The only mm values printed as text are creepage distances (XT60L 6.90; XT90PW 1.50; XT90PB 4.50) and solder-tail heights (XT90PW 2.8; XT90PB 3.3). Retailers print an overall size without saying which number is length, width or height, shown above as printed. - Powerpole: the Anderson sheet's housing figure has callouts A, B, C, D (7.9, 7.9, 26.6, 41.3 mm) without a legend in the text, and Electrokit's copy of the Anderson sheet shows 41.2 and 24.6 mm callouts on the same housing, so the values disagree and are not assigned to a feature. The contact tables use letters A to E (for the 1332 PP15 contact: A 16.25, B 7.87, C 3.05, D 1.78, E 3.68 mm) with no legend either. The PCB hole (Ø1.80) and the maximum insulation diameter (4.45) are labelled and shown. - A drawing index for the Powerpole PP15 / PP30 / PP45 housings and contacts is on the Powerwerx and Anderson pages; Amass connectors' EC3 is on its own page here. A true-size connector file needs the maker's STEP (listed below) rather than numbers re-typed from an image. connector current rating (as stated) wire size overall size, mm other labelled values Amass XT30 30 A peak, 15 A continuous (Digi-Key forum); up to 30 A (retailer) 18 AWG about 13.7 × 10.2 × 5.2 (retailer, order not labelled) – Amass XT60 30 A rated, 60 A instantaneous, 500 V DC (Amass sheet); 35 A with 12 AWG (Electrokit); 60 A peak, 30 A continuous (Digi-Key forum) 12 AWG XT60E-F panel mount: 34.0 × 20.2 × 15.8 (Electrokit, order not labelled) contact resistance 0.55 mΩ; XT60L creepage 6.90 mm (Amass) Amass XT90 90 A peak, 40 A continuous (Digi-Key forum) 10 AWG – XT90PW(2+2) solder tail 2.8, creepage 1.50; XT90(2+2)PB solder tail 3.3, creepage 4.50 (Amass sheets) Anderson Powerpole PP15 15 A; contact resistance 875 µΩ (average) #16 to #20 AWG (barrel 0.5 to 1.3 mm²) – 600 V continuous AC or DC; 10,000 mating cycles no load Anderson Powerpole PP30 30 A; contact resistance 600 µΩ (average) #12 to #16 AWG (barrel 1.3 to 3.3 mm²) – 250 cycles under load (15 A PP15 / 30 A PP30, 120 V) Anderson Powerpole PP45 45 A (family page: up to 45 or 55 A) 10 and 14 AWG contacts (5.3 / 2.1 mm²); family 20 to 10 AWG – stackable, touch safe, hot-pluggable; -20 to 105 °C Powerpole PCB contacts 25 A 16 / 20 AWG and larger per contact PCB hole Ø1.80 (0.070 in) max wire insulation Ø4.45 (0.175 in) Files elsewhere (not hosted by Xem Studio; license as stated by the publisher): - Amass (Probots copy): XT60-F / XT60-M spec: 500 V DC, 30 A rated, 60 A instantaneous, 12 AWG, 0.55 mOhm, brass gold plated, UL94 V0 (drawing is an empty field) — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://probots.co.in/technical_data/connectors/ProbotsXT60EFemalePanelMountConnectorDatasheet.pdf - Amass (comet.bg copy): XT60L-M.G.* specification sheet: creepage distance 6.90 mm (outline drawing is an image) — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://store.comet.bg/download-file.php?id=30578 - Amass (szlcsc copy): XT90PW(2+2)-M.G.* sheet: solder tail height 2.8 mm, creepage 1.50 mm, 30 A main / 3 A signal contacts — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://atta.szlcsc.com/upload/public/pdf/source/20220706/E815827A4AE0F2E5211A7D31676A2FC4.pdf - Amass (szlcsc copy): XT90(2+2)PB-M.G.* sheet: solder tail height 3.3 mm, creepage 4.50 mm — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://atta.szlcsc.com/upload/public/pdf/source/20231221/03D4A1348EE1B009519FC3118C23062B.pdf - Electrokit: XT60E-F panel-mount: 35 A with 12 AWG, 60 A 1 min, 500 V DC, dimensions 34.0 x 20.2 x 15.8 mm (order not labelled) — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.electrokit.com/en/xt90-stromkontakt-2-pol-3060a-hona-chassi - Out of Darts: Amass XT30: up to 30 A, 18 AWG, about 13.7 x 10.2 x 5.2 mm (order not labelled), 1.74 g — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://outofdarts.com/products/amass-xt30-dc-battery-power-connector - Digi-Key forum: XT30, XT60, XT90 and Deans comparison: peak / continuous current and wire gauge — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://forum.digikey.com/t/xt30-xt60-xt90-deans-connector-comparison/34551 - Anderson Power Products (Wagner copy): Powerpole PP15 / PP30 / PP45 data sheet: ratings, wire ranges, contacts, PCB contacts, housing letters A to D — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.wagneronline.com.au/attachments/Datasheets/Anderson-PP.pdf - Anderson Power Products: Powerpole 15-45 standard housings: up to 45 / 55 A, 20 to 10 AWG (0.75 to 6 mm2), 10,000 mating cycles — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.andersonpower.com/us/en/category/product.html/powerpoler-15-45-standard-housings-black.html - Electrokit (Anderson TDS copy): PP15 to PP45 housings and contacts: callouts without labels (24.6, 41.2, 8.4, 7.9 mm), contact A dimensions by wire range — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://www.electrokit.com/upload/quick/77/92/02d2_41001247-tds.pdf - Powerwerx: Powerpole and SB data sheets and drawings index (PP15 / PP30 / PP45 housing and contact drawings) — web — Publisher's page; dimensions are facts — https://powerwerx.com/help/powerpole-data-sheets-drawings No true-size file yet: the published figures do not fix the whole shape; a measured scan is planned.
