What are the ISO 7090 washer dimensions, and how big is an M30 or M36 flat washer? · Standard part · basis: Westfield Fasteners' ISO 7090 table (M5 to M64), cross-checked on M10 against McMaster-Carr's DIN 125 / ISO 7089 listings; four large-size washer files
Also called: iso 7090 washer dimensions, m30 flat washer dimensions, m36 washer outside diameter, din 125 b washer, m48 washer thickness, m20 washer iso 7090, chamfered flat washer m12, iso 7090 m24 44 mm, washer size chart m5 to m64, m42 washer 78 mm
Exact dimensions. Every file is drawn at true size with no tolerance added. The holes and pins that meet another part are listed below under Mating features, with the fit each joint needs; open those by your process's clearance before making the part. Mating features

Notes
- ISO 7090 is the normal-series plain washer with a chamfered outside edge, product grade A, in 200 HV and 300 HV. Westfield's page says it replaces type B of DIN 125. Columns in mm: bore d1 (nominal = minimum, then maximum), outside d2 (nominal = maximum, then minimum), thickness h (nominal, max, min). Sizes in brackets are non-preferred, as printed.
- Conflict kept: Westfield prints d2 = 21 for M10 with a minimum of 19.48. A nominal of 21 would give a minimum of about 20.5, and McMaster-Carr's DIN 125 / ISO 7089 M10 washers are listed at 10.5 mm bore by 20 mm outside, the same as the existing page flat-washers-metric-m10-m24. The M10 outside diameter is therefore uncertain here (20 or 21); no M10 file is made.
- The chamfer size and angle are not given in the Westfield page, so the files are plain annuli at M30, M36, M42 and M48 (larger than the M2–M24 sizes already on this site). Hardness classes: 200 HV (HV 200–300) and 300 HV (HV 300–400); stainless is 200 HV only (Westfield).
- Smaller sizes: flat-washers-metric (M2–M8) and flat-washers-metric-m10-m24 (ISO 7089 / DIN 125-A). Large-OD version: large-washers-din-9021-iso-7093.
