HTD displacer rods: Ø6 × 356.7 and M6 × 83

How long is the displacer rod on the 10 in HTD engine? · Hardware · basis: Exact geometry from the engine layouts

Exact dimensions. Every file is drawn at true size with no printing tolerance. The holes and pins that meet another part are listed below under Mating features, with the fit each joint needs; open those by your printer's or process's clearance before making the part. Mating features

Notes

  • Main: Ø6 × 356.7, from the displacer hub's socket through the cap's guide, the bored spool and the piston's centre bore to the clevis below the crank. The guide and the piston bore are running fits (see Mating features); the piston bore is also the bleed that lets the crankcase follow the working space's mean pressure.
