Notes

  • GN 303.2 is the adjustable lever of the GN 300 family with a push button: press the button to release the serrations instead of pulling the lever up. JW Winco's table (threaded stud, zinc-plated steel stud, PA push button, powder-coated black body) is printed in inches with the stud lengths l2 in inches; the lever lengths 1.18 / 1.77 / 2.48 / 3.07 in are the 30 / 45 / 63 / 78 mm levers, and l2 in the part numbers is in mm (shown here in mm). The millimetre figures in brackets are the printed inches × 25.4 (the sheet prints only two decimals, so they are good to about ±0.3 mm). Letters are JW Winco's: this sheet prints d2, d3, h1, h2, h3 and h4 (stroke); the GN 300 sheet prints d3, d4, h1 to h4 for the same lever sizes and the 45 mm lever has the same 10 / 13 mm pair under d2 / d3 here and d3 / d4 there (h1 differs: 26.5 mm with the button, 24.5 without), so the letters are not interchangeable.
  • The push-button lever covers four lever sizes (30 to 78 mm), M4 to M10 and #10-32 to 1/2-13 threads; the 10-24 rows of the 30 mm lever and the 10-32 rows of the 30 mm lever have no entries on the sheet. The lever cannot be taken apart once assembled (JW Winco: for applications where the lever does not need to be disassembled).
  • Numbers only: no outline of the lever and button is published as coordinates.

Questions

What is the difference between GN 300 and GN 303.2?

Both are adjustable (ratchet) clamping levers with a threaded stud; GN 303.2 has a push button that releases the serrations instead of lifting the lever.

What lever sizes does GN 303.2 come in?

30, 45, 63 and 78 mm (1.18 / 1.77 / 2.48 / 3.07 in), threads M4 to M10 and #10-32 to 1/2-13.

What is the stroke of a GN 303.2 lever?

h4: .14 in (3.5 mm) on the 30 and 45 mm levers and .16 in (4 mm) on the 63 and 78 mm levers.
