- Rows are E-Z LOK part numbers as the brochures print them: the internal thread, the length, the single drill size the maker gives for that insert (the mm column is the fraction converted, × 25.4, computed) and, for hex-drive inserts, the hex drive size. The knife-thread (400 series) inserts are solid brass or stainless steel with an external knife thread, for hard and soft wood and particle board; the hex-drive inserts (flanged type D, flush type E) are die-cast zinc for soft wood, pine, MDF, plywood and composition board.
- The brochures give one drill size per insert, not separate softwood and hardwood sizes, and no outside diameter, so neither is shown. The knife-thread tables in the 2026 and 2023 brochures agree row for row; the hex-drive tables are from the 2023 brochure only. A product-page CAD link for the M10 flanged insert (901050-13) names a 12 mm / 15/32 in hole, which agrees with the brochure's 15/32 in; the product page itself lists no outside diameter. Albany County Fasteners lists the 1/4-20 × 0.500 in knife-thread insert (400-4) as solid brass but, like the brochure, gives no outside diameter.
- One printed inconsistency is kept: the 2023 brochure shows 'M8' as the hex drive size for the 900610-20 insert (M6-1.0 × 20 mm), while the other M6 rows show M6; the drill size 23/64 in is the same as the other M6 rows. The stainless knife-thread inserts use the same sizes as brass with a -CR suffix; the brass-only sizes 400-475, 400-510 and 400-610 have no stainless row in the brochure.
- Not on this page: other makers' wood inserts (Rampa and similar) because no table with dimensions could be read for them; the outside and thread-form dimensions of the E-Z Lok parts; pull-out ratings, which depend on the wood. For plastic and for metal sheet: heat-set-inserts, rivet-nuts-flat-head. For thread repair in metal: helical-thread-inserts-din-8140. No file: the external knife thread and hex socket are not defined by numbers in the sheets read. E-Z LOK's product pages carry a CAD link per part; it is linked, not copied.
