Mug LTD top plate Ø90 with rod guide and a 5 mL glass syringe socket
How do I mount a glass syringe on a small LTD Stirling engine top plate? · Hardware · basis: My geometry: the LTD kit's top plate scaled to Ø90, with the socket drawn at the 5 mL glass barrel's published OD (Ø15.40, KD Scientific)

Notes
- Rod guide: Ø2 bore 13 long through the 3 mm plate and the Ø20 × 10 boss; the 2 mm displacer rod runs in it (that close fit is the seal).
- Syringe socket at x 35: Ø15.40 × 12 deep in a Ø18.4 boss, floor 9 above the plate's underside; the barrel's end sits on the floor and its Luer cone (7.5 long) stands in the Ø5 port below, its tip 1.5 above the plate's underside, so nothing reaches into the chamber. The port's outer edge is at R37.5, inside the Ø76 bore.
- 7 × Ø3.4: five chamber screws on R41 and two for the crank pedestal's foot at (35.5, ±20.5).
