Notes

A slip hook has an open throat with no latch, for chain and tie-down work. Tables as printed: chain size in inches, WLL in lb, dimensions in inches, weight in lb. For clevis hooks the first WLL is carbon steel H-331 and the second alloy A-331 (A-331 has no 3/4 in carbon size on the sheet; shown '—'). Eye slip hooks H-324 are carbon steel only; they have no P or T column, so those cells are '—'.
Letters A to T are the sheet's own; the drawing is an image and the text does not define them, so no letter is interpreted. The sheet's footnote: ultimate load is 4 times the WLL, and these hooks are not suitable for Grade 80 chain and chain slings in overhead lifting (the sheet points to Grade 80 or 100 alloy components for those).
No file: hook throat and clevis shape are not defined by published numbers (undefined letters, no profile), so a model would be invented. Shackles are on shackles-bow-d-crosby-g209-g210-g2130.
