Clamp-on flow water jacket for 2 in tube (two halves, hose spigots)
How do I water-cool a plain tri-clamp tube? · Hardware · basis: Design values; M4 clearance holes ISO 273 medium
Used in Long Earth Society builds. Finned tri-clamp heat sink with PTFE thermal break
Exact dimensions. Every file is drawn at true size with no printing tolerance. The holes and pins that meet another part are listed below under Mating features, with the fit each joint needs; open those by your printer's or process's clearance before making the part. Mating features

Notes
- Two halves bolted round the tube with four M4 screws; each half is its own water space with two Ø8 hose spigots (in and out), so the two run in series with a short hose between them. The inner wall is pressed on the tube by the bolts.
- On the performance engines it sits over the cooler zone, 9.5 mm behind the clamp face (a 2 in clamp reaches 7.13 mm).
- Optional: without it the cold end runs hot and the power falls; a wet rag on the cold end is the minimum.

Questions
Which way does the water go?
In at the spigot farther from the clamp face, out at the nearer one; put the outlets up so the jacket purges its air.
