Sanitary clamp ferrules, 10 and 12 in (L14AM7, tri-clamp style)
What are the dimensions of a 10 inch tri-clamp ferrule? · Standard part · basis: Tube OD 10.000 / 12.000 in, bore 9.732 / 11.732 in, length 1.500 in from the Holland and Shaw EG14AM7 tables (they agree, and Steel & O'Brien's L14AM7 is 1.500 in); flange 10.570 / 12.570 in from the cap tables; ISO 2852 face profile
Exact dimensions. Every file is drawn at true size with no printing tolerance. The holes and pins that meet another part are listed below under Mating features, with the fit each joint needs; open those by your printer's or process's clearance before making the part. Mating features

Notes
- Medium weld ferrules: the 1.500 in length is the one all three catalogues agree on (short ferrules differ by maker: 0.875 and 0.937 in are both listed, so I do not draw one).
- Wall 0.134 in (3.40 mm) at both sizes: the published bore subtracted from the published tube OD.
- The gasket-groove diameter (C2) at 10 and 12 in is not in ISO 2852 (its table stops below these sizes): it is drawn at flange − 7.5 mm, the land width the site already uses for the 4 in, and stated as derived. Everything else here is from the cited tables.
